- Assist in full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Flow, General Ledger, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
- Prepare monthly invoices to customer and follow up customer collection.
- Verify supplier invoices and staff claims in accordance with company policies and process payment.
- Prepare journal and support month-end closing
- Responsible to record and safekeeping of fixed assets
- Responsible to check and record staff leave & staff claims
- Maintain proper filling of account documents for record keeping
- Handle any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy and/or any recognized Professional Accounting Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience and extensive hands-on experience in SQL Accounting Software would be an advantage
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- Positive working attitude and responsible.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
Pay: From RM3,200.00 per month
