Finance Assistant/ Executive

- Handle the closing of full set accounts with minimal supervision.
- Maintain updated and accurate day-to-day accounting records.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Monitor and manage cash flow.
- Coordinate and respond timely to internal and external queries.
- Contribute to ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
- 2-3 years of working experience in the accounting field for this position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Must be able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive with a positive working attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to start immediately or within a short notice will be an added advantage.
