Responsible for all financial functions in Joyous Kiddy Group including accounting, payments and banking, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting and compliance.
Job Description:
- Handle full set of accounts.
- Perform day-to-day account transactions and operations.
- Liaise with Company Auditor and Company Secretarial for all relevant matters.
- Prepare month-end closing and monthly financial reports.
- Perform ad-hoc and other accounting duties as assigned.
- Attending regular meetings and preparation of monthly reports.
- Adhering to professional standards as outlined by Joyous Kiddy values (3P, 3I, 3R)
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking or equivalent
- More than 3 years working experience in related position
- Know to use SQL Software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent organizational skills and accuracy
- Knowledge of financial regulations and have sharp time management skills
- Good in verbal and written communication skills in both English (strong) and Bahasa Malaysia
- Detailed-oriented, trustworthy, and absolutely reliable.
- Multi-tasking skills and great planning skills
- Resilient, resourceful, optimistic and approachable
- Building and maintaining relationships
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
