Job Summary:
Responsible for all financial functions in Joyous Kiddy Group including accounting, payments and banking, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting and compliance.
Job Description:

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Perform day-to-day account transactions and operations.
• Liaise with Company Auditor and Company Secretarial for all relevant matters.
• Prepare month-end closing and monthly financial reports.
• Perform ad-hoc and other accounting duties as assigned.
• Attending regular meetings and preparation of monthly reports.
• Adhering to professional standards as outlined by Joyous Kiddy values (3P, 3I, 3R)

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking or equivalent
• More than 3 years working experience in related position
• Know to use SQL Software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent organizational skills and accuracy
• Knowledge of financial regulations and have sharp time management skills
• Good in verbal and written communication skills in both English (strong) and Bahasa Malaysia
• Detailed-oriented, trustworthy, and absolutely reliable.
• Multi-tasking skills and great planning skills
• Resilient, resourceful, optimistic and approachable
• Building and maintaining relationships

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
