Responsibilities:
  • Preparing Payment Voucher & Expenses Claim
  • Data Entry (UBS Accounting System)
  • Generating Invoices
  • Ensure timely submission of invoices to customers
  • Liaise with suppliers for purchase of hardware
  • Update of weekly sales reports
  • Monitor debtors balance and follow up outstanding bills
  • Ensure inter-co balance reconciled
  • Reimbursement of Office Stationery & Pantry Supply
  • Manage Office Property
  • Prepare Quotation & Purchase Order
  • Computation of monthly sales commission for business manager LHDN – Stamping SA & MA.Prepare and checking GST / SST submission report
Requirements:
  • Pursuing Bachelor or Professional Degree in Finance Accountancy, Banking, Investment, Economics or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Possess good written and verbal communications skills, passionate, energetic, initiative & positive attitude.
  • Responsible and willing to learn
  • Prefer candidate who can do internship more than 4 months
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: Up to RM800.00 per month
