Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare consolidated financial reports for our Malaysia and Singapore entities.
• Compliance: Handle and review direct and indirect tax submissions, ensuring compliance with IRAS and IRB.
• Liaison: Work closely with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and tax consultants.
• Timely Submissions: Ensure the timely completion of audits, tax submissions, and annual reports.
• Support: Assist the CEO and COO with ad hoc tasks and special projects.
• Planning: Support financial planning, budgeting, and projections.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, with a strong emphasis on tax matters.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, with strong expertise in tax compliance.
• Strong experience handling Malaysian and Singaporean tax.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our China team.
