Job Title: Financial Services Consultant (FSC)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Salary: MYR 2,000 - 4,000 (excluding incentives)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Financial Services Consultants (FSC). This role is perfect for those looking to build a career in sales and financial consulting within a vibrant branch-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct branch-based sales activities to penetrate both walk-in and existing clients.
Provide professional financial advice and recommend suitable products based on client needs.
Collaborate closely with lead generators to access warm leads and maximize sales potential.
Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver excellent after-sales service.
Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the overall branch performance.
Maintain compliance with licensing and CPD requirements for financial product sales.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance or takaful sales, with a proven track record.
Possess PCIL or TBE (Part A & C) license (Partial License).
Willingness to travel and mobilize as needed.
