We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Financial Services Consultants (FSC). This role is perfect for those looking to build a career in sales and financial consulting within a vibrant branch-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct branch-based sales activities to penetrate both walk-in and existing clients.
- Provide professional financial advice and recommend suitable products based on client needs.
- Collaborate closely with lead generators to access warm leads and maximize sales potential.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver excellent after-sales service.
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the overall branch performance.
- Maintain compliance with licensing and CPD requirements for financial product sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance or takaful sales, with a proven track record.
- Possess PCIL or TBE (Part A & C) license (Partial License).
- Willingness to travel and mobilize as needed.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
