Salary: MYR 4,000 - 6,000 (excluding incentives)

We are looking for experienced and driven individuals to take on the role of Senior Financial Services Consultant (SFSC). If you have a solid background in financial sales and relationship management, this is an exciting opportunity to advance your career and work with high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead branch-based sales efforts by targeting high-net-worth individuals and providing tailored financial solutions.
- Collaborate with branch managers and lead generators to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Achieve individual and branch sales targets while delivering exceptional client service.
- Offer professional advice and recommend financial products that meet client needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on leads and review performance with branch leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with licensing requirements for financial product sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance or takaful sales, with a strong sales track record.
- PCIL or TBE (Part A & C) license (Full License) required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel and adapt as needed.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
