Food and Beverage Assistants are primarily responsible for serving food. Their main duties responsibilities include:
  • Serve customers politely and efficiently
  • Prepare food and beverage products to the correct specification
  • Ensure dining areas and equipment are clean and tidy
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in courteous and efficient manner
  • Recommend signature dishes and beverage of the restaurant
  • Ensure customers satisfaction level towards food and services
  • Prepare sales report , cashiering, check stock, ordering of stock
  • Making coffee as barista
Requirements:•
  • Minimum SPM
  • Friendly, positive and pleasant personality
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Able to speak simple English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Neat appearance
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to RM1,700.00 per month
