Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is fully commission-based, allowing you to earn based on your performance and success in generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales growth through effective business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
• Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our services and schedule meetings.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status to management.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of the recruitment industry is preferred but not required.

Compensation:

• This position is commission-based, with earnings directly tied to sales performance. The more successful you are in generating new business, the higher your income potential.
