職務内容:

• 日本語を話す顧客に対して、電話、メール、チャットなどのさまざまなチャネルを通じて優れたカスタマーサービスを提供します。
• 旅行の予約、日程変更、旅行ポリシーに関する問い合わせに顧客をサポートします。
• 高い顧客満足度を維持しながら、顧客の問題を効率的に解決します。
• サービス提供を向上させ、顧客体験を改善するためにチームメンバーと協力します。
• 顧客とのやり取りや取引の正確な記録をシステムに維持します。
• 旅行のトレンド、ポリシー、目的地情報を常に更新し、情報に基づいた支援を提供します。

必要なスキルと資格:

• 優れた口頭および書面でのコミュニケーションスキルを持つネイティブ日本語話者。
• 英語に堪能であること; 他の言語ができると尚良し。
• カスタマーサービスの経験があり、特に旅行業界での経験が望ましい。
• 問題解決能力が高く、迅速な環境で働く能力。
• 旅行予約システムやツールに精通していることが望ましい。
• ポジティブな態度と他者を助ける情熱。

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to Japanese-speaking clients through various channels (phone, email, chat).
• Assist customers with inquiries related to travel bookings, itinerary changes, and travel policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Stay updated on travel trends, policies, and destination information to provide informed assistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native Japanese speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools is an advantage.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
