Job Description
As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Malaysia business forward. You will leverage our cutting-edge technology and infrastructure to build a full-fledged advertising agency, focusing on innovative solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients. This position requires a visionary leader who can inspire and expand a talented team while overseeing day-to-day operations and business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to position Press Logic as a leading total solutions marketing company in Malaysia.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team to deliver integrated marketing solutions, ensuring continuous growth and innovation.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and enhance client relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service delivery across all departments.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional service.
• Leverage our proprietary AI-driven tools and infrastructure to enhance client campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a management role within an advertising agency or marketing environment.
• Education: Preferably possesses a Bachelor's Degree.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing, integrated marketing solutions, and media sales.
• Business Development: Proven track record in business development and client relationship management, with the ability to drive revenue growth.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective strategies.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing technologies, AI tools, and data management platforms (DMP).
