Your day to day responsibilities are:
As Global Business Process Specialist Financial Compliance – Authorizations you will be a part of the RSS Business Process Management (BPM) Financial Compliance Network and will report directly to the Chapter Lead.

Actively pursues the implementation of the E2E BPM strategy
Responsible for global, cross divisional innovative process/authorizations design within their business process area within the E2E process
Empowered decision maker for your area across divisions and in line with the E2E BPM guardrails from the GBPM
Works closely with E2E GBPMs & GBPS network to ensure ﬁt-for-purpose solutions
Reviews global authorization concepts and processes, designs and aligns roles/ job functions, safeguards authorization role compliance during design, follows up on authorization related issues based on root cause analysis, coordinates authorization role requests
Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education
5-7 years professional experience, preferably in Business Process Management, Information Management / IT, Finance/Procurement, Risk/Internal Control Management, Accounting, Audit
Strong knowledge in the area of authorization and access management and GRC tools, based on BPM or IT experience and expertise
Strong technical competencies in SAP FI/CO, solid process knowledge in ﬁnance and procurement processes, good IFRS Accounting skills
Proven methodological skills e.g. BPM, Six Sigma (DMAIC), agile ways of working (Scrum), continuous improvement (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen)
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving mentality
Proven customer-centric mentality (internal & external)
Experience in working in multicultural teams, organizational and project management skills, especially in matrix structures, considering/balancing interests of senior business partners from different functions
Strong inﬂuencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams
Business ﬂuency in English
This is a fixed-term position (2 years direct contract under Roche).
