Global Client Support & Mobility Specialist (Immigration)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Global Client Support & Mobility Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visa and work permit processing, along with experience in managing administrative duties. Prior experience in business licensing submissions and related processes is a strong advantage. The role involves maintaining excellent client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to foreign nationals throughout the entire visa and work permit process.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Communicate and maintain relationships with our clients both foreign and local.
  • Prepare and compile accurate and complete visa applications for review beforecommunicating with clients and preparing for submission
  • Prepare required documentation for visa and work permit applications and followup with relevant local authorities as and when required under ESD, MIDA and MDEC
  • Coordinate visa and work permit process of foreign nationals and all other related
  • documentation, promptly respond to request as required, proactively provide services, and ensure good services experience with clients for ESD
  • Compilation and submission of all related documents related for business licensing
  • Compile and scan all related receipts and assist the team with invoicing and followup when necessary
  • Facilitate all administrative duties and foreign nationals visa application, maintain the database in company’s corporate mobilisation/demobilisation services and follow-up with the necessary departmentsglobal client support team; help to improve define processes and ensuring regulatory compliance, able to identify potential issues that may cause delay or anticipation of deferral and raise the matter promptly to the Head of Department.
Qualifications
  • Maintain and regularly update respective data base system of client development
  • Prepare submission for all related documents for business licensing complaint
  • Track and monitor follow-up post submission request from immigration
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or anyother equivalent field
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Malaysia Immigration visa processing
  • Compilation and submission of all related documents related for business licensing
  • Compile and scan all related receipts and assist the team with invoicing and followup when necessary
  • Maintain and regularly update respective data base system of client development
  • Prepare submission for all related documents for business licensing complaint
  • Track and monitor follow-up post submission request from immigration
  • Well versed in understanding specific visa/work permit processes
  • Strong time management skills, well organised and motivated to exceed expectations
  • Demonstrate excellent communications skills and adapt good communication skills to meet our clients’needs
  • Familiar with the Malaysia Immigration ESD/MDEC/MIDA work permit application & processes
  • Good command of English and Bahasa languages in both written and spoken
  • Able to work as a team and independently and must be proactive
  • Good email writing skills is highly important and candidate must have the ability to work independently
  • Good computer knowledge and able to use microsoft outlook,powerpoint,excel,word,etc proficiently.
  • Must have strong Data-entry skills,Problem solving skills and must be detail-oriented
Work Arrangements
  • Location: Office-based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
  • Working Hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Friday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Salary Range
RM2,000 to RM4,500 per month,commensurate with experience and qualifications.
