Job Title: HPWJ Site Supervisor

Job Overview - Our client is a leading international company that provides innovative HPWJ services and solutions to their clients across multiple industries including Oil and Gas, Marine, Construction and Industrial services and range from high pressure water jet cleaning, surface preparation, abrasive cutting and centrifugal pumping services. Key Role & Responsibilities:
1. Site Management:
· Supervise and manage high-pressure water jetting projects from initiation to completion.
· Coordinate daily site activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely project delivery.
· Monitor and enforce safety protocols & standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
2. Team Leadership:
· Lead, train, and motivate a team of technicians and operators.
· Assign tasks and responsibilities, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
· Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
3. Client Coordination:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
· Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
· Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Technical Oversight:
· Oversee the operation and maintenance of high-pressure water jetting equipment.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
· Implement best practices and innovative techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
· Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, safety records, and equipment logs.
· Provide regular updates to management on project status, challenges, and accomplishments.
· Ensure all documentation complies with company and regulatory standards.
· Always represent the Company in a professional manner, through presentation, preparation and behavior
Work Arrangements
· Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor. Candidates must be willing to commute to the office location and travel overseas based on project operations schedule (if and whenever required).
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
· Contract Duration: 12-month contract, with potential for permanent placement based on performance.
· Probationary Period: 6 months.
Travelling Requirements
Must be willing to travel overseas and within Malaysia, subject to project operations schedule If and when required by the company’s business needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-pressure water jetting industry with experience in various HPWJ related projects
· Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
· Strong knowledge & experience of high-pressure water jetting equipment and techniques.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Commitment to safety and quality standards.
· Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
· Proficiency in repairing/servicing/maintenance of Diesel engines is an added advantage
· Any relevant certificates or licenses and trainings is an added advantage

Salary Range:
RM5,000 to RM7,000 per month, (Gross/Basic- Not yet adding allowances & benefits provided and depending on experience and qualifications)
