Graduate Service Engineer

We are a leader in the field of building automation and energy management within the control environment for commercial and industrial buildings, providing completely customised service installing, designing, upgrading, commissioning and end-to-end project delivery. We actively require a Graduate Service Engineer to join our team in KL.
The Role:
You will be running diagnostics, troubleshooting and servicing Building Automation/Energy Management Systems, as well as carrying out scheduled servicing. You will be expected to work closely with customers to identify additional opportunities to expand and improve their existing systems, build sound relationships and represent the company in a positive light. You will also have the opportunity to complete specific projects, such as system upgrades and extensions, within your assigned customer base.
Suitable candidates will come from a technical hands-on role or trade background looking for a new career pathway where their current skills will be utilised. Training and support are provided.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Practical, hands-on ability and experience in a technical field and a desire to further learn and develop these skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A thirst for challenge and a strong aspiration to excel in your career
- Current driving License
- High-level problem-solving abilities
- Keen interest in ongoing learning
- Customer-focused
- Willing and able to help generate further business with existing customers
- Able to work simultaneously on multiple projects, both autonomously and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
