Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Head of Forensic Planning / Forensic Planning Manager / Senior Forensic Planning Consultant with extensive expertise in delay analysis principles, preparation of delay claims, delay expert reports and management of disputes. This role requires a proven ability to assess the time impact of compensation events and to provide comprehensive planning and delay analysis services throughout the entire project lifecycle.
As a key member of our team, you will deliver services across various sectors for diverse clients, contributing to project planning, project controls, and delay analysis. We are looking for innovative thinkers who excel at simplifying complex issues and are excited about integrating AI into project controls.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead major time claims and disputes within the infrastructure sector, leveraging experience in dispute management and ideally having a background in adjudication, arbitration, litigation, or Expert Witness proceedings.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather necessary information and evidence for effective claim assessment and resolution.
• Apply strong analytical skills to forensically review large datasets related to disputes.
• Leadership - ability to lead and guide a team of Planning Consultants .
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in delay analysis to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in claim consultancy or related fields.
• Memberships or certifications from relevant bodies are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in delay analysis using industry-standard software; familiarity with Primavera, MS Project, or similar programs is highly desirable.
• Having testifying experience or actively working towards becoming a testifying expert is an advantage for consideration.
• Effective communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability to changing client or case situations.
