SUMMARY:
Recruiting clinic and assisting management in matters related to clinics, specialist centre, dental, optical and allied health.
KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES
➢ Recruiting and processing new clinic (requested by clinics/clients/insurance companies).
➢ Updating the clinic details in CIS system when there are changes of clinic name, address, management, contact number, etc
➢ Mapping the panel clinic listing with panel company
➢ Sending updated panel clinics listing to the clients
➢ Updating selected panel clinics according to company.
➢ Assisting clients in handling complaints on clinics’ issues
➢ Providing portal training and briefing as and when required.
➢ Assist in negotiating corporate rates with partners
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
➢ Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
➢ Fresh graduate
TECHNICAL SKILLS
➢ Strong data management and analytical skills
➢ Good command in English both written or oral
➢ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
