Senior/Junior Claims Executive (Healthcare Industry)

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Claims Processor/Finance Executives to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will review, process, and adjudicate insurance claims, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. You will also communicate with healthcare providers and patients to resolve discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities

Processing admission/interim/discharge/post hospitalization claims up to the given endorsement limit
Review and verify completeness of incoming claims.
Process claims accurately and in a timely manner.
Communicate with providers, internal staff, clients, hospitals and insurance company to address inquiries.
Identify and resolve issues related to claims processing.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.

Qualifications

Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in any Science related field.
At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in claims processing.
Experience in claims processing in the healthcare industry is a plus.
Proficiency in claims processing software and Microsoft Office.
