The Tearista plays a key role in our energetic team of Beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that’s welcoming and engaging.
Duties
A Tearista’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Make and serve specialty Bubble Tea products.
• Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work station
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Handling cash and other tenders accurately
• Adhere to recipes and presentations beverage items
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• Set up or restock product displays/coolers
• Must have an attention to detail
• Providing premier customer service
• Clean service or seating area
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Accepting payment and providing change when appropriate
• Assisting in other duties, as assigned

Qualifications
Required: The required qualifications are as follows:

• 17 years of age or older
• able to deliver friendly, courteous, prompt customer service
• able to read, write and perform simple math problems
• able to interpret, understand and follow instructions and solve problems
• Detailed-oriented and passionate about product quality

Preferred: The preferred qualifications are as follows:

• able to work well with others as a team member
• Beverages preparation experience
• At least 1+ year in the Bubble Tea service industry will be adding advantage.
• a passion for serving people
• Product knowledge on Bubble Tea products.

Work Locations
Currently have 3 locations: Pavilion Bukit Jalil (Coming Soon), Intermark Mall KL, Sunway Velocity.
Candidates will provide training at other outlet first before New outlet Opening.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
