- Manage procurement of all raw materials and services, including sourcing and supplier negotiation.
- Assist with raw material hedging for cost stability and competitive pricing.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities to achieve significant savings.
- Source new suppliers, obtain quotes, and ensure materials meet company specifications.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers, ensuring compliance with Corporate Compliance policies.
- Maintain stock accuracy and manage inventory through systematic physical counts and SAP updates.
- Establish and enforce procurement policies, monitor budgets, and develop vendor relationships for optimal performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Administration, or Management.
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement.
- Experience working in dairy/beverages industry is a plus.
- Proficient in SAP and advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Strong vendor sourcing knowledge, negotiation skills, and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent time management and analytical skills for reporting and cost analysis.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
