- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company protocols for handling sensitive customer information.
- Document and update customer interaction details and case resolutions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery and address common customer concerns.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Able to work on shift-basis (allowance provided)
- Able to work on public holidays (OT provided)
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
