Job Scope/Purpose: Responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, and contributing to the overall guest experience
Supervision and Staff Management:
· Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, housekeepers, and laundry personnel.
· Provide training to new hires and ongoing training to existing staff on cleaning standards, procedures, and safety protocols.
Room Inspection:
· Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet or exceed cleanliness and maintenance standards.
· Identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
Scheduling and Assignments:
· Create and manage work schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure proper coverage while optimizing labor costs.
· Assign specific cleaning tasks to staff members and monitor their progress.
*Willing to work during weekends/Public Holiday
*Working extra hours
*Malaysia citizen only
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
