Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn Bhd is Malaysia’s No. 1 sports retailer which is primarily involved in the retail of sports footwear, apparel and equipment. JOB SUMMARY

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.
• To ensure that all correspondence is recorded and distributed to the concerned department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend incoming calls/outgoing calls and ensure they are transfer to the respective person in charge appropriately.
• To welcome all guest and visitors courteously and professionally. Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
• To update Extension List and email to HQ staff.
• Make arrangement and maintain record for booking of meeting room efficiently.
• To record Consignment Note particular and make delivery arrangement with courier service company.
• Cop and received documents/parcel by courier and pass to Admin Dept.
• To received and record posted letter and pass to Admin Dept.
• To ensure Reception Area is always keep clean, presentable, neat and tidy.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
