HR Assistant (Internship)

- Assist Senior L&D Executive in managing and coordinating the training and staff engagement activities.
- Assist in ensuring timely and accurate completion of relevant staff letters, payroll, reimbursements, staff insurance claims and HR reports such as statutory and month end reporting.
- Liaise with outsourced vendors to ensure timely updates of staff movement
- Advocate and educate staff in good practices of HR and Company rules, policies and procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks such as upkeep of staff records in HRMS and physical files
- Assist in HR projects as required.
- Enjoy working with people and possess excellent communication skills, relations building skills and positive mindset.
- A team player who is a fast learner, resourceful, independent, has an eye for details, numerical and highly adaptable to fast changing environments.
- Good computer skills in Office 365, Ms Excel and Ms Words.
- Fresh graduates with the above criteria are welcomed to apply.

Job Types: Temporary, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- HR: 1 year (Preferred)
