• Assist in the full cycle of recruitment process, including recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening, phone screening, scheduling interview, and conducting reference checks.
• Assist to source potential candidates against job requirements via diverse sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
• Assist to maintain and update employee records and other HR-related documentation.
• Assist in providing support in employee relations, addressing queries, and resolving any workplace issues.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in the preparation of company internal newsletter and announcements.
• Ensure company practices are compliant with MOM rules and regulations.

Job requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in related field.
• 1-2 years of related administration/human resource experience is preferred.
• Proficient in relevant employment act.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• A self-starter, fast learner and hardworking who is able to work independently as well as a team.
• Can collaborate well with other departments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
