Key Responsibilities:
1. To perform HR Generalist on compensation & benefits, training, recruitment,
employee relations and performance management.
2. To be responsible of recruitment process include job posting, screening,
interview, prepare employment letter, on board training & briefing and to
liaise with the respective supervisor & Director on manpower requirements.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both personal file and
HR system.
4. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and
provide advice on HR to HODs and managers.
5. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
6. Manage payroll for non-management staff, ensuring accuracy and
confidentiality.
7. Manage relevant training programs for employees & manage HRDC claims,
ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
8. Planning & implementing company events (team building, festivals
celebrations, annual dinner, etc.)
9. Able to plan, monitoring and analysing KPI for all team members.
10. Able to empower discipline, and implement good culture.
11. Familiar with Payroll Calculation, and My Syarikat Portal.
12. Design, develop and implement efficiently all HR SOPs;
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resources
Management//Business Administrative or related disciplines.
2. Familiar with employment law and legislation.
3. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for
this position.
4. Good command of verbal and written English / Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Able to work independently, self-motivated, well-organized, detailed
minded, proactive & logical thinking.
6. Able to use My Syarikat software.
Willing to work at Bukit Katil, Melaka.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
