• Receive and record technical complaint from superintendents, clients, tenants and superiors.
• Assist to compile and file the technical reports and forms inspection i.e checklist, service report, work order etc.
• Register new asset and login data in Asset Management System or any facilities management system utilized by the company.
• Monitor and record the status of the system operation and alarm activation via Building Management System.
• Monitor and control handling of the key status.
• Assist for any documentation work.
• Arrange housekeeping at technical and maintenance room.
• Ensure and maintaine all the records, files and documentations are kept in a safe place and condition.
• Actively participate in all quality management system related activities in ensuring implementation maintenance of company’s certificate.
• Perform any other duties as and when assign by the management.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum SPM Qualification. Those with Diploma in Engineering related area preferred.
• Working Knowledge in Computer; MS Office (Excel).
• Good communication skills; able to converse in both Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Ability to work as a member of a team.
• Ability to prepare technical reports, basic knowledge in technical equipment and its usage.
• Able to handle ASSIST Total Asset Management System or any facilities management system utilized by the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
