You'll make a difference by:
  • Manage employee offboarding processes.
  • Handle payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, including leave management, insurance and employee welfare programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Manage employee relations and address employee grievances or concerns.
  • Support performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to speak fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).
