HR EXECUTIVE (2-3Years Of Experience )
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
§ A Bachelor Degree Or Professional Degree In Human Resource
§ Proficiency In HR 2000
§ Have at least 3 years of experience in Payroll
§ Tasks, Milestones, Deadlines And Results Oriented
§ Ability To Perform Independently With Minimum Supervision
§ Good Oral And Written Communication And Interpersonal Skills (English And Malay)
§ Preferred Male Candidates
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
§ Have served establishments with work force not less than 500
§ Have served local and foreign work force
§ Have served multiple sites with multiple shifts, working hours, working days, rest days, day wage, month wage in a single employment
§ Well experienced and keeping abreast with latest policies, processes, requirements of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, Immigration, KDN, JTK, HRDF, etc
§ Well experienced in HR2000 and Office Softwares.
