Basic Function

• Responsible for the implementation of human resources and policies, programs and services that are consistent with the Global and Regional HR Strategy.
• Development of HR plans to maximize the human resources for Malaysia.
• Provide advice and support to the Site Manager and the Leadership team on all people related issues.

Roles & Responsibilities

Min. Qualifications

• At least between five years in a role as a HR.
• At least five years in Manufacturing or chemical industry preferred.
• Leadership with people centric exposure is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ten years in a role as a HR preferred
