Job Description:
Training Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions using various instructional methods (e.g., workshops, e-learning).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to tailor training initiatives to specific needs.
- Conduct RBA audits to assess compliance with ethical, environmental, and social standards.
- Prepare audit plans and schedules, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up.
- Collect, analyze, and report data related to audit findings and recommendations.
- Work closely with various departments to implement corrective actions based on audit outcomes.
- Stay current on RBA guidelines and industry best practices, ensuring ongoing compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR training and development, with a focus on compliance and audits.
- Familiarity with RBA standards and auditing processes
- Confident and experienced in managing relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to lead face-to-face conversations with auditor.
