Responsibilities:
1. Manage compensation and benefits matter including payroll administration, statutory and anything related.
2. Manage employee relation matters including disciplinary issue, JTK cases and anything related.
3. Manage employee management matters and issue arises from time to time.
4. Lead Training and Development as well as employee engagement program of the company.
5. Handle end-to-end recruitment starting from screening the candidates until onboarding.
6. To prepare promotion letters, confirmation letters, salary increment letters, memos for any announcement from Management, and other HR-related letters.
7. To update employee personal records and ensure proper filing on all HR-related files.
8. Liaise with government authorities (SOSCO, EPF, Income Tax, IR Department, Labor Department & etc) concerning monthly contribution, deduction, form submission.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
2. Fresh Graduates with internship experiences are encouraged to apply.
3. At least 1 year experience in Human Resources.
