- Manage data related to work record sheets, claim reimbursement, etc. in digital applications.
- Provide support for various employee inquiries, including payroll-related issues effectively.
- Support and oversee the submission of employee enrolment, admission and insurance claims, ensuring timely reimbursement.
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety Department and external parties to ensure a safe working environment.
- Liaise with building management, third parties, and authorities to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably, a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Officer or in a similar role.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
