With 3 campuses that focus on teaching the Ontario, Canada curriculum, and catering to all subjects; from Primary to Secondary and including a College Matriculation Program, there are many exciting and rewarding teaching opportunities.
We are looking for a IB MYP SCIENCE AND DP PHYSICS TEACHER who can join the school, based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia in January 2025. Science Teachers are entitled an additional bump in salary when joining Sunway International Schools.
Canadian applicants and teachers with an IB Teaching Experience will be given preference and are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

Profession Teacher Qualifications and Teaching licence from countries such as Canada, The US, Ireland, The UK, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa

Preference will be given to Canadian / Ontario teachers

Preference will be given to experienced IB educators
-
First Language - English
-
2-years of teaching experience

exceptions can be made for Canadian Qualified Teachers
Teacher Benefits:

Monthly Basic Salary: RM 11,620 - RM 16, 960 per month

Contract period: 12 month

Allowances:
-
Living Allowance - RM 750 per month
-
Welfare Allowance - RM 1,500 per month
-
Family Allowance - up to RM 1,500 per month

IT / Maths / Science at Secondary School Level : RM 1,500 per month

Medical Leave : 14 days per calendar year

Accommodation: First 14 days upon first entry to the country
