Job Scope:
· To monitor and maintain servers and networking equipment including installing,maintaining and upgrading Microsoft window based servers.
· To manage and monitor all installed system and infrastructure.
· To install,configure,test and maintain operating systems and application software.
· To responsible for the overall company general IT and user support.
· To troubleshoot and fix hardware and software are related issues.
· Attend Customer’s service calls.
· Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
Job Requirement & Qualification:
· Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology / Science Computer or equivalent
· Have Professional Certificate in Network / Data Centre will add advantage
· Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an IT Technician (hardware / software / server ) or in a similar role
· Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, server and software
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
· Effective communication and customer service skills (Fluent in English will add on advantage)
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Adaptable to new technologies and willing to learn continuously
· Basic network knowledge, such as TCP/IP protocol stacks, basic routing and switching knowledge
· Basic server knowledge (Active Directory, Print Server, VPN)
· Able to travel across Malaysia
· Prefer Male
