Information Technology Strategy Manager

GRIT Talents is hiring for a global company in Malaysia a strategic and creative individual to join as Technology Strategy Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning and execution, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality presentations, reports, and memos to the board.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a technology strategy aligned with overall business objectives and transformation goals.
  • Regularly review and update the strategy to adapt to market trends, regulatory changes, and evolving business needs.
  • Conduct research on market trends, technology developments, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gain alignment on technology strategies.
  • Benchmark the organization’s technology against industry peers and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare clear and persuasive presentations for senior management and the board.
  • Streamline processes using advanced communication tools and data insights to improve collaboration and outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy within a global organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into technology solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Industry experience in financial services, insurance or technology management is a must
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM250,000.00 - RM300,000.00 per year
