Information Technology Strategy Manager

GRIT Talents is hiring for a global company in Malaysia a strategic and creative individual to join as Technology Strategy Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning and execution, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality presentations, reports, and memos to the board.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a technology strategy aligned with overall business objectives and transformation goals.
Regularly review and update the strategy to adapt to market trends, regulatory changes, and evolving business needs.
Conduct research on market trends, technology developments, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gain alignment on technology strategies.
Benchmark the organization’s technology against industry peers and make recommendations for improvement.
Prepare clear and persuasive presentations for senior management and the board.
Streamline processes using advanced communication tools and data insights to improve collaboration and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in strategy within a global organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into technology solutions.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among stakeholders.
Industry experience in financial services, insurance or technology management is a must

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM250,000.00 - RM300,000.00 per year
