Objectives of the Position
To support day to day activity (documentation and on-site) for Maintenance department Polymer Dispersion Plant, the task will be focused on Engineering, Maintenance Planning, Preventive Maintenance and Project point of view. Candidate will be put under Supervisor, Maintenance.

Main Tasks

Maintaining and updating the loop diagrams, cause and effect diagrams.
Reviewing and updating maintenance's work instructions related to electrical and instrumentations.
Cooperation with all other departments (production, PPC, and laboratory) to provide right maintenance services for their equipment.
Ensuring the spare parts stocks' availabilities for each equipment.
To perform pro-active and initiative E&I maintenance activities.
Supporting maintenance supervisor to complete and close the projects within the working year.
Maintaining stability of automation systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering - Mechanical
Technical and professional knowledge: SPLC, Field Instruments, Automation knowledge is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, Power Point and etc
Willing to work at Pasir Gudang
Able to work independently
