Support marketing initiatives and campaigns, including planning, creating, developing, and executing on-ground and virtual events activations.

Key Responsibilities The job and responsibilities narrated below covers for both Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad and Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad:

• Support the development and roll out of the marketing initiatives, campaign, on-ground and virtual event.
• Assist to review and proofread marketing materials that produce by the agencies to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the communication contents meet the campaign objectives, value proposition & brand identity.
• Assist in the development and editing of collateral, such as below-the-line marketing materials.
• Assist to track the performance of on-going campaigns / events.
• Assist to conduct post-campaign/events reviews to assess the effectiveness of the campaigns/ events to help shape future marketing strategies.
• Assist to perform competitor analysis, identify the latest movement, market demand and current trends to develop effecting marketing plans.
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.

Key Requirements

• Currently pursuing A-Levels, a Diploma, or a bachelor's degree in any field with a keen interest in Marketing.
• Able to commit for a minimum of three (3) months.
• Fluent in English and proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Power Point, Word. Proficiency in Adobe or any editing software is advantageous.
• Familiarity with today's trends, consumer behaviour, social media platforms and tools.
