Job description

• Ensure all paperwork are in order and in compliance with the company policies.
• Able to communicate with customer’s order management on all order fulfilment and related issues.
• Liaising and communicate with customer or transporter, shipping lines, air freight, ocean freight and freight forwarder.
• Monitor and coordinate for transportation and trucking timely.
• Able to keep a meticulous record of shipment information.
• Prepare the checklist for all shipments if needed.
• Monitor all the outbound shipment PGI / invoice according to Shipping calendar.
• Data entry and other assignments.
• Filing documents.
• Any adhoc duties that assigned by Managers.

Job Requirement

• Literate on all the Microsoft Office tools: Excel (compulsory), Word, Power Point and Outlook.
• Familiar with warehousing and logistics documentation.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Pay: RM900.00 per month
