The role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Project Management Office
The work is:
1. To assist the Site Acquisition Management Team (SAM) in reviewing incoming invoices from Infra Cos against the Sanity Database before forwarding them to Finance - Payments for release.
2. To assist the PMO office in uploading the Sanity Database to the ERP system to expedite the transition from non-PO based invoices to PO based invoices
SPM (Malaysia Exam Certificate) is high school exam certificate in Malaysia.

Invoices Validation:
a. The process involves review and validate invoices accuracy and compliance with contractual terms (such as letters, contract)
b. Identify any discrepancies or overcharges.
2. Contract Reconciliation
a. Reconcile site rental contractual obligations to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms.
B. Review and analyse contract data to identify any discrepancies or non-compliance issues.
3. PO Line Creation in ERP System
a. Accurately create PO lines in the ERP system based on approved invoices and contracts.
b. Verify PO lines items to ensure compliance with policies and agreements.
