Responsibilities :
o Provide general administrative activities to the organization including filing, data entry, typing and assisting in the management of communications and paperwork, managing diaries, assisting with travel arrangements/organization, looking after visitors, and assisting with general reception and telephone duties.
o Review and process reimbursements.
o Develop and streamline operational efficiencies.
o Manage schedules for appointments and deadlines.
o Collecting, filing, and organizing office documents, such as reports and
confidential records.
o Managing digital document filing, including encrypted documents and email
correspondence.
o Take clear messages and communicate effectively with customers, clients,
team members, and Management.
o Provide support in the preparation and submission of tender documents.
o Deliver posts to local clients’ offices.
o Deliver/Collect Bank Cheque.
o Performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties with minimal supervision including answering phones, making appointments, ordering office supplies, and other general administrative work.
o Assist in other assigned duties as required and Ad-hoc task
as per assigned by the management.
o Pantry Management:
o Maintain inventory of pantry supplies, including snacks, beverages, and utensils
o Regularly restock pantry items to ensure availability for employees
o Monitor and manage the pantry budget, and submit purchase requests as needed
o Keep the pantry area clean, organized, and presentable
o Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time For the benefits of the
reporting manager
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,024.76 - RM2,910.21 per month
