Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to all incoming calls, emails, and message or telephone enquiries.
• Liaise with sales department for sales support.
• Preparation of sales Quotation, Delivery order and sales invoices for execution of tasks and orders.
• General filing and any task being assigned by the Superior.
• Prepare sales-related documents or marketing materials to meet customer needs.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirement:

• Minimum diploma holders, preferably with degree holders.
• Must possess basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Power point etc).
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and can interact with all levels of customers.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply but 1-2 years of relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
• Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
• Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (preferred)
