As a Pre-Sales Engineer at Link4, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical sales process. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, providing expert knowledge of e-invoicing standards and Link4’s solutions to prospective clients. Your ability to understand customer needs, demonstrate product capabilities, and propose tailored solutions will be crucial to our continued success in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Technical Sales Support: Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and offer the right e-invoicing solutions, aligned with their compliance and integration requirements.
• 
  Product Demonstrations: Conduct technical demonstrations of Link4’s e-invoicing platform, showcasing its features and explaining how it addresses specific business challenges related to e-invoicing mandates.
• 
  Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales and implementation teams to design and propose solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with regional e-invoicing standards (e.g., Peppol, CTC, etc.).
• 
  Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of e-invoicing standards, workflows, and integration processes, especially in markets like Malaysia, Singapore, and other APAC regions.
• 
  Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of Link4’s solutions from both a technical and business perspective.
• 
  Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical environments, challenges, and compliance needs, translating these into actionable solutions.
• 
  Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor solutions, and new e-invoicing regulations, helping to refine Link4’s pre-sales strategy.
• 
  Feedback Loop: Work closely with product development and support teams to ensure customer feedback is considered in product roadmaps and enhancements.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 
  Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, with a proven track record in the e-invoicing industry.
• 
  Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-invoicing frameworks, including Peppol, Continuous Transaction Control (CTC) models, and compliance requirements in Malaysia and globally.
• 
  Sales Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical solutions in a way that is easy for clients to understand and appreciate, bridging the gap between business and technology.
• 
  Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• 
  Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to customize solutions based on client requirements.
• 
  Collaboration: A team player who works effectively with sales, technical teams, and clients in a collaborative environment.
• 
  Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, proposal generation tools, and technical sales support software.

  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
