We are seeking a motivated Business Development and Education Marketing Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in business operations, administration, and strategy. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world scenarios and develop essential skills for a career in business administration.

4) Job Responsibilities:
· Design captivating graphics, thumbnails, and visual elements for You Tube videos, ensuring they resonate with our channel's brand and appeal to the target audience.
· Collaborate closely with content creators to brainstorm and develop innovative visual concepts that enhance the overall viewer experience.
· Edit videos proficiently, incorporating subtitles and other language elements as required to maximize audience engagement.
· Stay updated on the latest design trends, You Tube best practices, and cultural references to maintain the channel's relevance and appeal.
· Provide creative input and design solutions for various marketing materials and promotional campaigns across digital platforms.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and content production, to align visual assets with overarching brand strategies and objectives.
· Continuously evaluate and refine design processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Take ownership of assigned projects from concept to completion, demonstrating creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the production process.
5) Job Requirements:
· Proficiency in multimedia design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) to create visually compelling content.
· Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout to produce high-quality visuals that captivate viewers.
· Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, contribute creative ideas, and adapt to feedback from senior team members.
· Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines and deliver consistently polished work.
· A genuine passion for You Tube content creation and a proactive attitude towards learning and advancing skills in the multimedia field.
