IT Executive / Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supporting Hybrid & Virtual Event team with the daily set-up and production delivery of meetings and events delivered in the virtual event space
  • Interfacing with both our internal/external teams and clients to ensure an understanding of platform and technology/tools
  • Support team with production-based work, set-ups, tests, and rehearsals according to schedule and show flows:
Platform Operator for virtual events which can include the following:
  • Meeting/Webinar Hosting
  • Pinning and spotlighting presenters
  • Sharing and advancing slides
  • Managing Breakouts/Multiple sessions
  • Managing engagement tools such as Q&A/ Polling/ Whiteboards
  • Managing platform engagement tools
  • Executing, Editing, Managing Video playback/live recording
  • Responsible for technical production troubleshooting
  • Recording sessions – to cloud and to hard drive when necessary
  • Foster key internal business relationships with team members across all service lines
  • Continue to develop overall skills base by taking advantage of training and development
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with team members, clients, and suppliers / freelancers
Office Operations:
  • Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of company networking and server infrastructure.
  • Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of printers, laptops, and other hardware.
  • Provide IT support to staff, resolving technical issues related to hardware and software.
  • Assist in monitoring and ensuring the security of the company's IT systems.
  • Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement and improve IT policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
JOB QUALIFICATION & REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Degree in Computer Studies or other relevant fields or its equivalent.
  • 1 year of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of digitalization or Cloud Computing is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience in Zoom, Teams, Vimeo and Web Ex Meetings, Webinars, and Events with knowledge of and ability to implement each platform's evolving functionality.
  • Proven experience in event production, specifically executing tasks in a time-sensitive and mission-critical system environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously to complete tasks on-schedule and on-spec.
  • Good technical understanding/ ability to problem solve and adapt.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work schedule.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Power Point) and other software relevant to the role/company.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
