• Reporting to Head of IT (Malaysia) and Asia Region IT (Thailand).
• To assist in updating, verifying, and maintaining the IT related documentation.
• To provide support and maintenance on IT infrastructure and application support i.e. application maintenance and administration to user.
• Mainly Responsible is to support the team for FWD system implementation for users in Asia Region to be consistency and sustainability.
• 1st Level support users for the FWD system implementation Asia Region including before/after working hours and Saturday, Sunday (in some urgent case) when there is any question or trouble with cooperating with the vendor to have the maximum system stability and efficiency.
• Be able to take care of the assigned tasks with efficiency result and could work best under the pressured situation.
• Work closely with users in enhancing current processes and identify program solutions.
• Organize and conduct user training.
• To handle, and follow up on requests/inquiries/incidents via phone/emails/meetings with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. IT Vendors, Asia Region IT team), with regards to any system issues.
• To coordinate/manage, and/or implement current & new system projects, system enhancement, and/or system migration/maintenance job.
• Support IT system for HQ & all branches office included after office-hour & standby (weekends & Public holidays).
• To assume any other jobs by the top management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
