Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Technology Specialist with a background in healthcare, nursing, or medical social studies, combined with a strong understanding of technology. This role will involve collaborating with healthcare teams to implement and optimize technology solutions that improve patient care and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Social Work, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is essential.
• Previous experience with technology implementation in healthcare is a plus.
• Relevant certifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify technology needs and enhance patient care through innovative solutions.
• Analyze workflows and processes to recommend technology improvements that streamline operations.
• Provide training and ongoing support to healthcare staff on the use of technology tools and platforms.
• Conduct research on emerging healthcare technologies and their applications
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and healthcare staff to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology solutions in improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Pay: RM1,307.58 - RM3,982.59 per month
