JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support for KWE general user application & maintenance
• Suppport for Customer system user application & maintenance
• Software support for operation area and offices
• Hardware/equipment support for operation area and offices
• Support in IT related assets maintenance and audit
• Support for networking, server and database maintenance
• Handle occasional incidents as reported by user

Job Requirement:

• Candidates must possess a Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in IT support role is preferred. However, entry level candidates are also encouraged to apply
• Good knowledge in Windows OS, Virtualization, Switching & Routing, Enterprise Networking, Wireless Network, Security Products, and Firewall.
• Knowledge in Azure/MS365/Active Directory is an advantage
• Fast Learner with strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Working 5.5 days / week (Mon - Sat)
• *Candidate MUST possess own transportation for work purpose
• *Candidate MUST be able to work outside office hours when required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
