Key Account Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

- Be a brand ambassador and actively promote Ricebowl.MY and Maukerja.MY as the Ideal Talent Partner to customers both existing and new.
- Provide great customer experience through consultative approach
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key account needs and requirements
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Responsible for managing customer account effectively, providing great experience to customers and delighting customers while building rapport and loyalty by keeping close contact. Identify and establish right contact with important key accounts proactively, opportunities mapping to dig potential opportunities.
- Develop key account plan for defined key accounts and implement the plan to achieve financial result.
- Carry out professional sales activities which shall include respond to sales inquiries, sales presentation at client site, manage and prioritize focused efforts to win projects, etc
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or above.
- Must have min 2 years working experience in related field.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
- Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
