About the Role
As a Loan Officer, you will be the driving force behind our client’s sales, promoting their auto finance products and helping customers get behind the wheel. You’ll collaborate with Sales Advisors and customers to provide expert guidance and ensure a seamless loan application process.
What You’ll Do:
- Loan Processing: Manage loan applications from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Sales & Promotion: Actively promote auto finance products, exploring new opportunities through networking, referrals, and even cold calling.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, guiding both individual buyers and business clients through their financing journey.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at roadshows and exhibitions, engaging with potential customers and generating leads.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare sales reports and presentations while keeping everything organized behind the scenes.
- Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in auto finance or a related industry.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong sales skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a related industry.
- Proven success in sales.
